Day 1 of the 28 Day Smoothie Challenge

Mean Green Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients for Your Mean Green Chia Seed

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup aloe vera
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 clementine peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup ice

Option: 1 scoop of Wheat Grass Powder or 1 scoop of Digest & Detox Powder

Directions:

In a blender add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Coconut Water
  2. Aloe Vera
  3. Chia Seeds
  4. Ginger
  5. Wheat Grass/Digest & Detox Powder
  6. Clementine
  7. Banana
  8. Kale
  9. Spinach
  10. Ice

Blend on starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
