Kale Up Smoothie

 

 

Vegtabowlfoods.com – Hi, I am EJ the owner of Vegtabowl Foods and this is another edition of “Cooking with Vegtabowl Foods.” This is Day 2 of our 28 Day Smoothie Challenge.

Today I am making a Kale Up Smoothie that is super clean and super green 🙂

Kale Up Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • Dash Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • ½ cup ice

Directions:

In a blender add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. ¼ cup non-dairy milk
  2. ¼ cup coconut water
  3. ½ cup orange juice
  4. Dash Cayenne Pepper
  5. 1 fresh banana
  6. 1 cup frozen mango
  7. 1 cup chopped kale
  8. ½ cup ice

Blend on starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
