Strawberry Banana Chia Smoothie

Today is Day 3 of our 28 Day Smoothie Challenge and we are blending up a healthy and fruity Strawberry Banana Chia Smoothie. With this dairy-free smoothie, you will get a good dose of fiber and protein.

Strawberry Banana Chia Power Smoothie Recipe



  • ½ cup aloe vera juice
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup ice


In a blender add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Aloe vera juice
  2. Pineapple juice
  3. Coconut water
  4. Fresh ginger
  5. Chia seeds
  6. Frozen strawberries
  7. Frozen banana
  8. Fresh spinach
  9. Ice


Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
