Citrus Wonder Smoothie


  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ fresh lime peeled
  • 1 clementine peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup ice


In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Coconut water
  2. Grapefruit juice
  3. Fresh lemon juice
  4. Fresh lime peeled
  5. Clementine peeled
  6. Frozen banana
  7. Frozen pineapple
  8. Fresh spinach
  9. ½ cup ice

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
