Welcome to Cooking with Vegtabowl Foods. Today is Day 7 of the 28 Day Smoothie Peachy-Peachy Smoothie! A 5 Ingredient Smoothie that takes about 2 minutes to make!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen mangos

Directions:

In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Pineapple Juice
  2. Non-Dairy Milk
  3. Banana
  4. Frozen Peaches
  5. Frozen Mangos

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
