Mangoes and Greens Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup aloe vera
  • Fresh lemon juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 scoop of “Green Powder” (Optional)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup kale
  • ½ cup ice

Directions:

In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Coconut Water
  2. Aloe Vera
  3. Lemon Juice
  4. Green Powder (Optional)
  5. Banana
  6. Frozen Mangos
  7. Spinach
  8. Kale
  9. Ice

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
