Creamy Cashew Smoothie
- ¾ cup coconut water
- ¾ cup aloe vera juice
- 2 dates or 1 tablespoon of agave or honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup cashews
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup ice
In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:
- Coconut Water
- Aloe Vera Juice
- Chia Seeds
Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
