Hello! I am glad to see you here at Cooking with Vegtabowl Foods. You are joining us on Day 13 of the 28 Day Smoothie Challenge. Today we are making a very Whole Green Smoothie. This is one of my favorite smoothies because of the flavor and good fats from the avocado that is in the Whole Green Smoothie.

Day 13

Whole Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 scoop Detox Powder
  • ¾ Cup Chopped Spinach
  • ¾ Cup Chopped Kale
  • 2 Clementines, peeled
  • ½ Avocado
    ½ Cup Ice

Directions:

In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Coconut Water
  2. Detox Powder
  3. Spinach
  4. Kale
  5. Clementines
  6. Avocado
  7. Ice

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
