Old Blue Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Coconut Water
  • 1 to 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Fresh or Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Ice

Directions:

In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Coconut Water
  2. Vanilla Protein Powder
  3. Chia Seeds
  4. Blueberries
  5. Banana
  6. Ice

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
