A vibrant smoothie to help you get through your day. Very easy to make and delicious to enjoy. This smoothie recipe will quickly become one of your favorites.

Day 17

Pineapple Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Aloe Vera Juice
  • ½ Cup Coconut Water
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • ¾ Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • ½ Cup Ice

Directions:

In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Aloe Vera
  2. Coconut Water
  3. Avocado
  4. Frozen Banana
  5. Frozen Blueberries
  6. Frozen Pineapple
  7. Ice

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
