Layered with non-dairy chocolate milk, and a heaping scoop of chocolate plant-based protein powder, this smoothie and filling smoothie is a great combination of health and indulgence. Chia Seeds, avocado and a frozen banana all work together to make sure this smoothie tides you over until your next meal.

Day 19

Chocolatey Chia Goodness Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Non-Dairy Chocolate Milk
  • ½ Cup Aloe Vera Juice
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ¼ Cup Ice

Directions:

In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Non-Dairy Chocolate Milk
  2. Aloe Vera Juice
  3. Chocolate Protein Powder
  4. Chia Seeds
  5. Avocado
  6. Banana
  7. Ice

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
