A mix of coconut water, strawberries, and mango chunks will turn any day into a tropical destination. Instead of enjoying this smoothie in the morning, try this as a fruity dessert to take on some of your sugar cravings.

- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- ¾ Cup Aloe Vera
- 2 Cups Frozen Mango Chunks
- ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
- Juice From ½ Lemon
- ½ Cup Ice
In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:
- Coconut Water
- Aloe Vera
- Lemon Juice
Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
