You are watching Cooking with Vegtabowl Foods and today is Day 21 of the 28 Day Smoothie Challenge. The time has absolutely flown by. I can’t believe that we are 75% of the way complete with the #VTBSmoothieChallenge (for now). Today’s simple smoothie isn’t green but it is packed with delicious fruit and plant-based protein. This smoothie is complete with 6 ingredients and takes about 60 to 90 seconds to blend up. The frozen peaches in this fruity concoction really wakes this smoothie up and complements the fresh banana very well.

Fruity Vanilla Protein Smoothie
- ¾ Cup Vanilla or Plain Non-Dairy Milk
- ¼ Cup Aloe Vera Juice
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Fresh Banana
- ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
- ½ Cup Frozen Peaches
In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:
- Non-Dairy Milk
- Cup Aloe Vera Juice
- Protein Powder
Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
