Thanks for tuning to Cooking with Vegtabowl Foods. It is Day 24 of the 28 Day Smoothie Challenge and today we are going green with a kick! This Gingery Greens Smoothie has carrots (for that beta carotene), spinach for folic acid and ginger for flavor and anti-inflammatory relief. The texture of this smoothie is frothy and is a great way to add to any cleansing or detox plan you may choose to follow. This smoothie recipe was inspired by health and flavor without making a huge fuss!

Day 24

Gingery Greens Smoothie


  • ½ Cup Aloe Vera Juice
  • ½ Cup Carrot Juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 1 Scoop of Green Powder
  • ½ cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 ½ Cups Spinach
  • ½ Cup Ice


In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Aloe Vera Juice
  2. Carrot Juice
  3. Ginger
  4. Green Powder
  5. Pineapple
  6. Spinach
  7. Ice

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
