This Gingery Greens Smoothie has carrots (for that beta carotene), spinach for folic acid and ginger for flavor and anti-inflammatory relief. The texture of this smoothie is frothy and is a great way to add to any cleansing or detox plan you may choose to follow. This smoothie recipe was inspired by health and flavor without making a huge fuss!

Gingery Greens Smoothie
- ½ Cup Aloe Vera Juice
- ½ Cup Carrot Juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 1 Scoop of Green Powder
- ½ cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 ½ Cups Spinach
- ½ Cup Ice
In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:
- Aloe Vera Juice
- Carrot Juice
- Green Powder
Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
This Gingery Greens Smoothie is so light and clean and resembles more or a Green Juice than a smoothie. The ginger gives this smoothie a nice kick and a cleansing feeling 🙂 Did you add anything different to this smoothie? Maybe frozen mangoes?
