This Berry Good Smoothie has 4 ingredients (plus ice) and nice citrus flavor from the orange juice. Because of the simplicity of the ingredients, you can feel good whipping this smoothie up for everyone in your family. Especially for the little ones who don’t like to eat their fruits and veggies.

Day 25

Berry Good Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¾ Cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ Cup Aloe Vera Juice
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Fresh Banana
  • ½ Cup Ice

Directions:

In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:

  1. Orange Juice
  2. Aloe Vera Juice
  3. Blueberries
  4. Banana
  5. Ice

Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
