It’s that time again! Time for another episode of Cooking with Vegtabowl foods. Today is the 27th Day of our 28 Day Smoothie Challenge and we are getting a little “nutty” with the Peanut Butter Chia Smoothie. For those of you who have a nut allergy, simply replace 3 tbs. of Peanut Butter/Peanut Butter Powder with 3 tbs. of Sunflower Seed Butter. This smoothie is very filling and should keep you full for a couple of hours. The chia seeds help thicken up the smoothie with the Peanut Butter Powder adds a great amount of protein to your day without the extra calories.

Peanut Butter Chia Smoothie
- 1 Cup Vanilla or Plain Non-Dairy Milk
- 2 tbs. Chia Seeds
- 3 tbs. Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ¼ Cup Ice
In a blender, add the ingredients in the following order:
- Non-Dairy Milk
- Chia Seeds
- Peanut Butter Powder
Blend starting on low, gradually increasing to your blender’s highest setting. Blend until smooth.
